This Privacy Policy explains how FYPworthy ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and AI video-generation service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address, name (optional), and a hashed password.
- Content you provide — prompts, product details, scripts, uploaded images/avatars and reference videos you submit to generate ads.
- Generated content — the videos, scripts, and metadata produced for your account.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store a customer reference and your credit balance/usage; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & technical data — log data, generation history, spend records, and basic device/connection information.
How we use it
- To operate, provide, and improve the Service and generate your videos.
- To process payments, manage credits, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To send transactional email (e.g. verification, password reset, account notices).
- To comply with legal obligations.
AI providers & sub-processors
To generate content we send the necessary inputs (e.g. prompts, images) to third-party AI and infrastructure providers, including our model providers (such as fal.ai and OpenRouter), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and cloud hosting (Cloudflare). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
AI-generated content
Videos created with the Service are synthetic and AI-generated. We include an AI-content disclosure with generations. You are responsible for how you use and label generated content and for complying with the policies of the platforms where you publish it.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Generated media may be deleted on a rolling basis per our storage lifecycle. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption of stored provider keys and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
