Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FYPworthy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FYPworthy generates AI UGC-style video ads from your inputs. Output is synthetic and AI-generated. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or have authority to bind your business).

Credits, billing & refunds

  • The Service is paid via credits, purchased through plans or one-off packs.
  • Each generation deducts credits based on the model and length you choose; the estimated cost is shown before you generate.
  • Unused credits roll over while your account is in good standing. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes others' rights;
  • impersonates a real person without rights/consent, or uses someone's likeness unlawfully;
  • is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise violates applicable law;
  • violates the policies of the platforms or ad networks where you publish it.

You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated content.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, of the outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us a license to process your content as needed to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the inputs you submit.

AI disclosure

Generated videos are synthetic. We provide an AI-content disclosure with generations; you are responsible for disclosing and labelling AI content as required by the platforms and laws that apply to you.

Bring-your-own-keys (BYOK)

If we enable BYOK for your account, you are responsible for the provider accounts and charges incurred under your keys, subject to any platform fee we disclose to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will perform, convert, or be fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYPworthy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
